CYFRAGOVPL/PLLuM-12B-nc-chat is a 12 billion parameter large language model from the PLLuM family, specialized in Polish and other Slavic/Baltic languages, built upon the Mistral-Nemo-Base-2407 architecture. Developed by a consortium led by Politechnika Wrocławska, it is fine-tuned with extensive Polish instruction and preference datasets, excelling in general language tasks and achieving state-of-the-art results in Polish-language benchmarks, particularly for public administration. This chat-optimized model is intended for non-commercial use, offering enhanced safety and efficiency in dialogue scenarios.
